The hotel is really amazing! It's really close to the Heraklion Airport and the bus takes you there every 10 min' quickly.
The Staff is very nice and caring and comfort. Really pleasant people and always smiling and ofering you help 24\7.
The view from the 5th floor is amazing (while you eat breakfast which is very good too) and the rooms are quiet and very clean.
The maid has cleaned our room really good and It was a pleasant stay. The bathroom is clean and the is a safe in the room. There is parking and the Hotel is located in the center so it's about 10 minutes to go wherever you want.
The price is good and although it's a 3* hotel I felt there like it was 5*!!!
